I expected this to not work but was pleasantly surprised! Not only did it keep my coffee hot for 2 hours the cup itself never got hot! The cup has great weight. It’s not ceramic but has that perfect weight to it that makes it feel like it is. Absolutely love it. Want to get the travel mug now.

Makes my life so much better, and with a smile. It's a total pleasure, after reading or being on the computer for an hour, to reach over and have a cup of coffee, the perfect temperature! And this part is hard to believe but it tastes better when it's the perfect temperature, really! Did I mention I love my Ember.

Great mug…a little pricey

The downside is buying it in white…there is no way to keep it sparkling white but it’s great and I use it nearly every day. It’s also a little pricey…find it on sale if you can.

The cup is built well, has a nice feel in your hands, I've never reached the end of the battery life, and the app is easy to use, though I only use the app rarely. Oh, and of course it keeps your coffee at the perfect temperature, which is what this product is all about.

It’s keep my coffee at an optimal temperature for 30-45 minutes which is more than enough to drink a nice cup of coffee or even have two. One of the best investments my wife has made for me our entire marriage

With two small boys, her tea and mine would be cold by the time we got back to it after addressing the need of the moment. Not anymore. We take care of the kids and the tea/coffee is still at the right temperature.

Gone are the days of cold coffee. When work gets busy and you forget about your cup for a while you go back and it’s still the perfect temp. Notifications on your phone when your ideal temp is reached. Can not stress enough how amazing it is. Originally got one for work, and ended up getting my wife one and one for each of us at home too.

I love my coffee, but sometimes I get distracted and it cools down. Not with this product. My ideal temperature is 128°, and my mug stays there until I’ve finished the last drop. Absolutely recommend getting one if you don’t drink your coffee fast enough to keep it warm to the last sip.
