This mug functions beautifully, when it stays connected to my wife's phone. Occasionally, perhaps when it updates, it creates a problem to reconnect to her phone. It still works, but not fully functional until I can get it reconnected.

I was feeling ridiculous about buying a temperature controlled mug; turns out it was just what I wanted.

Finally, my husband can enjoy his coffee at the perfectly desired temperature! He’s been looking for the cup that keeps his coffee hot with little success until EMBER came into his life. A game changer indeed!

Cool device, I like the app but a little hard to control without app. Works pretty well a little pricey if not on sale.

I bought the cup for my wife as a gift, and she loves it. She poured room temperature coffee into the cup and it heated right up to her desired temperature. Keeps hot coffee warm and has adequate battery life.

Best thing ever for a coffee drinker! I like the Ember mug so much that after buying this one, I bought another to keep at my desk at work. Prevents me from tossing out my coffee after it gets cold on me.

These mugs would be incredible for those who make a pot of coffee for the day and would recommend it to those friends. If you are using K-Cups, you must get this 14oz size over the 10oz to make it justified (we had to get this one after purchasing the 10oz). If it were up to me, I would still make it a little bigger. Other than that it works well.

Love it!!! Though it was more than I ever thought a mug should cost, I was given one as a gift. If you constantly suffer from having your coffee go cold, this mug is the one for you. It takes about 12 oz of coffee and will keep it drinking hot for hours. The only drawback I’ve had is occasionally it doesn’t connect to the app and I have to re-do it.

Absolutely love my Ember. I love having tea but often times never get to finish my cup before getting cold, now with the ember i never have to worry about it getting cold. More importantly can always have to perfect temperature for my drinks to really ensure full flavor.

Perfect way to keep your coffee hot to the last drop! No electric cords except where you keep the base plugged in! Plenty of battery time for morning coffee. Bought it for my wife for Mother's Day, and she has used it every day since! No problems; only smiles!! I recommend the larger size so the coffee doesn't go all the way to the top.

Great item. Heavy duty. Could use longer charge…an hour and fifteen feels short, especially if you have more than one cup at a steady pace…not long enough, believe it or not. The price is the hardest thing to swallow and i don’t think a better battery is out of the question for this price.

Bought a a gift. I drink my coffee before it gets cold but the recipient does not so this is a perfect gift, especially on sale.

I’m in love with my Ember! Hot beverages going cold mid-cup, was a huge pet peeve of mine. Discovering this mug solved that issue and I love that I can take my teatime as slow as I want! Highly recommend and a great gift for coffee/tea lovers.

Bought this for my mother for Mother's Day. She uses it every day and absolutely loves it! Still thanks me every time I stop by and raves about it.

Battery life seems to be less than anticipated are’s 135 degrees, but as long as you’re using the coaster it’s amazing. Says not to use a metal spoon, as it would damage the ceramic coating... don’t really have a rubber or plastic spoon, so tough to mix in sugar/creme as needed.

Wife makes the best use of it always having her warm coffee

Love this cup. I enjoy these little luxuries. It is more pricer than the other colors but this color makes me happier than the other ones. I did buy the black one for my husband and he loves it. Keeps the drinks warm. Just don't microwave it!
