The days of not finishing my drink because it’s cold is over!

Broke after a month, no support from Ember

One of the charging pins is now recessed and doesn't contact the mug. Reached out to Ember, but their support is terrible. It has been nearly two weeks and I haven't received a response. Now I am afraid that the battery will be damaged from sitting in a discharged state for too long.

It is so nice to have the last sip of coffee as hot as the first! This is the third Ember I have bought, aside from my own. The others were gifts, and everyone says the same thing, “ I love my Ember”! Easy to use app makes this mug a must have!

Great, albeit pricey mug.

I love being able to change my preferred temperature via the app and it will increase or decrease the temperature in a few short minutes. Ember is the only mug I use to drink my coffee in anymore

This allows me to sip and savor. Y on,y criticism is the battery life. It lasts less than an hour. Lengthen the battery life and this would be five stars.

Love them, and rarely use other mugs now. Just wish the battery lasted longer somehow. Also wish it was easier to pair mugs to multiple smartphone devices.

It really good for a couple hours of warm cups of coffee. I will fill it and then come back 10 minutes later to a perfect cup of coffee, instead of a cold cup like I used to.
