Didn't think this was that cool until I actually won it in a raffle and used it for the first time.

I bought a new one for the bigger size. My older ember is used daily and going strong at 7 years old. No more tossing a cup of cold coffee.stays warm for hours and still tastes fresh

Had it about 2 weeks, app shows brew/pour yemp,then gets it i feel comfortable drinking coffee(135-137•) Would recommend this product.

This mug has changed the hot coffee game for me! Normally hot coffee is the perfect temperature for such a short period, but now this can keep it just right for hours!

Love having hot coffee stay hot. Suggest buying 14oz cup, because 12 oz on my keurig fills to top, adjusting temp is inconvenient. Very expensive, waiting to see how long it lasts.

Does what it's supposed to. Easy to set up and use. Wish the coaster was a USB charger instead of a AC plug, which would make it easier for desks as if you want to use this for your day it's going to need to charge.

Brings drinking coffee to a whole other level. I initially thought this was super gimmicky. But now, cold coffee is a thing of the past. Super easy to connect, keeps my coffee warm and tasty.

My daughter says this was a wonderful Christmas gift! She is a nursing student and right now a lot of instruction is online. She doesn't have to worry about cold coffee while in class and she can enjoy it from a regular mug rather than a travel mug!

Bought this for my wife. Amazing technology in this mug that keeps her coffee at her preferred temp. This had eliminated multiple trips to the microwave nuking the heck out of the coffee.

Absolutely LOVE my Ember mug! No more reheating my morning coffee multiple times in the microwave. The mug keeps my coffee at the perfect temp for the full 90 mins off the warmer and continuously if left on the warmer.

I really wanted to like this mug and it's possible I got a defective one but after only 4 charges, it was not charging properly. One of the small pins on the base of the charger was not working properly. No water was ever near it, so it was a bummer for sure. I ended up getting a mug from another company and it's been great.

I like the mug, it is stylish, but the max temperature this mug can hold is less than I would like, I would like to keep drinks a bit hatter than this. Pricy for a mug but I guess you want to control it over Bluetooth, you gotta pay the price for it.

Great cup and so Great to have a hot cup of tea until the cup is finished! We like our tea hot, only exception is Iced Tea so we are Really Enjoying this mug, great idea and hope it lasts a Really long time. Actually considering getting another!!

I have owned the tall original model for a long time and just purchased this unit. I’ve it! Use it everyday at my desk

I got this as a Christmas present for my dad. He tends to let his cup sit until it grows cold, with this he doesn't need to microwave his cup anymore (unless he forgets to charge it, but it doesn't even take that long. It only did when we first unpackaged it). You can literally see the coffee steam, and it stays that way! The handle isn't uncomfortable or awkward to hold which was something I was worried about. It's pricey, I would only recommend getting this as a gift for a loved one or for oneself. With proper care, any product will be worth the money spent. I think it was worth it! I'm thinking of getting one for myself and my mom.

Loved that it warms up pretty quickly, only thing ive disliked is that it needs to always connect manually via the app to start working

Purchased as a gift for a family member. This has worked well for the last 5-6 months, but the battery life is not as good as I thought it would be, and I am never happy when I have to an add an app to a phone to make something function.
