She is a hot coffee drinker and she can nurse one cup of coffee for hours. This keeps her coffee warm all day. I bought this when it was on sale but I’d probably buy it at full price. I recommend this product. The app is pretty user friendly. My mom is in her 70s and has no problem using the app.

Love it, but lost battery power

I am 2 months out of warranty on this one. So $150 is a steep price for a mug that only works for 1 year.

I got the Travel Mug2 first. And love it. The support from Ember is amazing should you need it. I had a bad lid thta they replaced for free. Just had to call them. This cup I just bought is for use while at home. I cannot emphasis enough how nice it is to have a quality product like this to help me enjoy my morning joe. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. thanks best buy and thanks ember.
