I have two issues, one of which may be a user issue. I wish I could keep my beverages a little hotter than the mug allows. The second issue is the app is horrible. I have issues updating, and I have to reset the connection between the mug and the app several times a week. I almost returned the mug, but I have decided to live with the problems in hopes the Ember app will improve over time.

Was initially worried about some of the reviews mentioning difficulties using the app, but so far I’ve experienced no issues. Using the mug without the plate is still recommended though, as the coffee taste seems to alter very slightly after extensive use during a single sitting

I can't imagine how small the 10 oz looks. But, otherwise it stays hot for about an hour and a half so it does the job for the most part
