He was always getting up to rehear his coffee and now no longer has to. The app set up was easy, and now he has hot coffee woth every sip. Might has to look in to picking one up for myself! The 2.0 version is not compatible with newer phones, I had to download the app on my husband's phone to get it to work and it's a little glitchy. I emailed customer service which I would think by now there would be a number you can call but nope... The mug does stay hotter longer than the original which it truly the only upside, otherwise meh
