For non tech savvy people it can be a little difficult figuring how to setup the mug but the process is well worth it. Good at what is does

Its not a deal breaker by any means though as it still works without this connection. I do enjoy having a cup of coffee stay warm for 30-40 minutes. Which is how long the battery will last. There also is an update to the software as I always get notified when I open the app, however it crashes every time I try to update. It could use some improvements but its still a buy.
