Revolutionized my tea and coffee drinking

Broke after 2 months and Ember does not care

By early November 2023, it had stopped working. Could not get it to stay powered on, not sure if was not holding a charge or not charging to begin with. Either way, it was not working. Emailed Ember customer support on 11/18/23, and was notified that we could be contacted within 3-5 business days. Two weeks later and we have heard nothing. I get products having issues, but when your product has an issue two months after purchase and your customer service website says someone would be in contact with us 3-5 business days after contacting them; but no one does contact the customer. Then I am left to imply two things as a customer. 1. Ember does not care about the customer or the product they produce. 2. I will never buy another Ember product, nor should you.

Only good for six months

It says it's not connected and it really is. It doesn't shut off when the liquid gets down so it has actually smelled like it was burning.

No longer charges, dead battery after 1.5 years

The battery cannot be replaced at all. For something that costs $150, this is unacceptable. Do not recommend unless you have money to throw away. Also Ember's support is nonexistent, they will not answer your email for weeks to months.
