    Loved the mug but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The base broke after 6 months and the company will not support the warrant process. They allow you to file a claim online and then ignore it and never respond. You will not be able to replace the base (pins) when it goes bad. It's a flaw in the design and they know it. Read the reviews on their Facebook page. All customers are very upset.
