No more lukewarm coffee when im busy, this mug keeps it deliciously just the right temp! To keep the mug in top condition, I do use a silicone spoon to stir in my sweetener and cream. I really want to enjoy this for a LONG time!

Great cup! Everything works well and is easy to use. My only complaint ( and it’s mine, not the manufacturer) is that the cup is too small! Should have bought the bigger one!!!

Bought this for my partner who would microwave her coffee and tea every 5 minutes. Easy to use, good app, and shes happy. Expensive, but is perfect for the perfect person.

Got this for my mom for Christmas. She is retired and takes forever to drink her coffee. The coffee warmer plate wasn't cutting it. She loves it! She would have never spent the money on herself so it may seem trivial but it's a fun splurge for the coffee drinker in your life

Didn’t think I would enjoy using this cup but it truly keep your coffee hot from the moment your pour your coffee to this cup until hours later

So I love that this cup keeps my coffee hot. It's an amazing cup. Downside is the app seldom works, upside you don't need the app to keep the coffee hot, unfortunately without the app you can't customize the temp. You will end up with the programmed temp.

Great while not worked but stopped charging after a little over a month. One of the charging pins is now recessed and doesn't contact the mug. Reached out to Ember, but their support is terrible. It has been nearly two weeks and I haven't received a response. Now I am afraid that the battery will be damaged from sitting in a discharged state for too long.

I bought for my college age daughter for Xmas. She drinks tea most days and is always up reheating. She loves this and says it works perfectly!

This product is definitely on the pricey end for a mug but is so worth it! This mug pairs with the ember smartphone app to keep your beverage at the perfect temperature. Before this mug my tea would always get cold before I could finish it but no longer! Definitely recommend!!!

Works great! Was initially worried about some of the reviews mentioning difficulties using the app, but so far I’ve experienced no issues. Using the mug without the plate is still recommended though, as the coffee taste seems to alter very slightly after extensive use during a single sitting

The Ember mug is perfectly as advertised! The coffee and tea stay warm up to 90 minutes. The app is user friendly. No more warming up cold coffee and perfect for any coffee or tea drinker!!!

I bought my husband and Amber mug couple years ago. It was only a 10 ounce mug. No I upgraded. he loves it. No more microwaving reheated coffee.

Keeps coffee nice and warm. I wish it had a turn-off button, though, so when liquid is very low, it doesn't cook it. I am pleased with this purchase.

Christmas gift for the wife who drinks coffee much slower than I do. She loves it, keeps coffee nice and hot. Only downside is that it takes a little while to charge, so need to have it ready and charged in the morning.

I had the smaller size, but it was too small. So, i got this bigger size. Love how seamlessly it syncs with my phone and its a perfect size.

When I first saw these, I thought that they are absurdly priced for its purpose. I have been trying to cut my caffeine intake and thought that this would help — and it did! This allowed me to lower my cups from 5+ a day to 2! All because my coffee stays hot even if I forget about it because i get busy working. The app allows you to control the mug and set to a specific temperature you like. The mug is well built but is NOT dishwasher safe. It is ceramic coated so it doesnt affect the taste of your drinks.

I absolutely love this mug! I don’t have to worry about my coffee getting cold after I make it. The app shows you the temperature and you can adjust it. Now I can get rid of all my other mugs!

Bought this for my wife as I’m not a coffee or tea drinker. She likes it but the battery life doesn’t last long at all. I think it’s rated at 80 minutes and that might be on a good day. She just moved the base to her desk and it pretty much stays on there all the time.
