I was hoping this thing can greet me with a hot drink in the morning. However, it has an auto shutdown feature which is impossible to disable. It is not disclosed in the manual or description…only to find this by contacting customer service. I had to return it because it does not meet my needs. But it is still a good mug if you just plan to keep your drink warm for a couple of hours.

Loved the idea but it’s more of a gimmick

I like that my coffee stays hot longer but that’s about all I’m getting out of it. Battery dies very quickly for my tastes. End of the day it didn’t end up as practical as I had hoped.
