I love this mug! Sitting on the charge base on my desk I can keep my tea warm and drinkable for however long I need, and carrying it around the house on battery for an hour+ is great. It’s magical!

Excellent cup It’s on the smaller size as far as holding liquid but still a nice cup

As someone who works from home, this is my best friend! Does exactly what i need it to with several options of drink types.

A little harder to use then I expected but does the job. a little to pricey for my taste but was bought out of necessity.

Item includes with the plug in saucer to keep coffee warm longer than if used without the sauce. Portability is great.

Gets the job done and useful for people who sit at their office for long hours and need warm coffee!

This product is cool but i down my coffee to fast to enjoy its benefits. I think this if for someone what drinks their cup of coffee over a long time period and they let it sit for too long

Works perfectly as advertised, does exactly what it needs to do and looks great.

It doesn't matter if she's at work or at home this mug is perfect because she's a tea drinker. I also got her an additional charging base for her work desk.

I know it's expensive. However, day by day, you feel that i decides perfect choice!

I love this mug. It works great. Charge lasts about an hour, but with coaster itll last all day.

Mug works fine, until it doesn't Charging pin sticks after months of use preventing a charge. Returned/replaced and now it is happening again. Not a good design for charging on this expensive name brand item

My father in law thought this was the coolest father's day present he has received. He uses it everyday. Loves the functionally.

It's not worth the price. It took about a month of software updates to get it to work properly.

This is my second Ember mug from Best Buy. I got the Travel Mug2 first. And love it. The support from Ember is amazing should you need it. I had a bad lid thta they replaced for free. Just had to call them. This cup I just bought is for use while at home. I cannot emphasis enough how nice it is to have a quality product like this to help me enjoy my morning joe. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. thanks best buy and thanks ember.
