Purchased for my wife for Christmas, first day she used it she txt me and said "this is a total game changer!" She would take all day to finish a tea or coffee, which meant it was cold most of the day. With the base it will stay hot all day, or 80 minutes if she is walking around with it away from her desk. Already purchased a second base so she has one for home and work.

Works great. I wish it came with some kind of lid to protect against splashing but it can be purchased 3rd party for like $10

Wife absolutely loves it. Bought a second charging coaster so she can charge it all night by the coffee maker downstairs and keep it charged all morning at her desk upstairs while she uses it.

A little harder to use then I expected but does the job. a little to pricey for my taste but was bought out of necessity.

I've enjoyed having the Ember Temperature Control Mug. It took a little time getting things set up between it and the app. Now I have my coffee at the right temp all the time.

It was great until it wasn't. I have purchased 3 of these mugs and all 3 had an issue with the pin on the charger pad getting stuck down and no longer working. Ember customer support responded immediately to the first 2 and sent replacement charger pads right away. The 3rd mug is about a year and a half old and has both the charger pad issue and it also no longer charges. I reached out to Ember support over a month ago and have followed up with them multiple times and they have not responded at all. I would expect a mug that costs almost $200 to last longer than a year and a half. I'm not sure what happened with their Customer service, but it went from great to abysmal. I would not recommend this product due to product quality issues, lack of customer service response and a very quirky app that constantly disconnects.

Not worth the money better off getting a yeti mug for $30. Keeps your coffee warm for hours, and you did not have to connect to an app that does not properly

The original still stands as the best in my opinion. Keeps coffee warm for a long time. Only downside is the coating the cup has scratches easy if you use metal utensils, I simply use plastic spoons.

Especially good for larger coffee servings like Bullet Proof coffee!

3rd ember mug I bought. Ember 2 is an upgrade. Hope it lasts longer than the 1st Ember

It was fully charged, synced to the app, and it was working fine during the warming phase. Within seconds, the cup disconnected from the app and stated that it needed to be synced. We started over: the cup was charged and synced. Again, during the warming phase, it disconnected and instructed us to sync the cup to the app. We are returning it.

It was a great gift for my daughter for Christmas. Other color options available

This keeps my coffee hot for hours which is perfect while doing chores.

Works as designed. Make sure after cleaning to make sure the base is 100% dry before you place on changing station.

So, it doesn't charge if there is liquid in your cup. If you are like me and forget to charge it before each use, then it is useless.
