Keeps coffee warm for a long time. Only downside is the coating the cup has scratches easy if you use metal utensils, I simply use plastic spoons.

Returned/replaced and now it is happening again. Not a good design for charging on this expensive name brand item

Defective out of the box

Within seconds, the cup disconnected from the app and stated that it needed to be synced. We started over: the cup was charged and synced. Again, during the warming phase, it disconnected and instructed us to sync the cup to the app. We are returning it.
