This does not hold enough coffee in the first place and you can barely add creamer to it. The size is so small, that you actually finish it before it has a chance to stay warm.

Not worth it

However, it’s been such a huge disappointment. I don’t know if I got a defective one or what but The mug battery life lasts about 2 hrs? I have it fully charged and by my 2nd cup it tells me it’s time to charge my mug again. Basically unless you have it constantly plugged in it’s useless. It’s the mug equivalent of a corded phone. I stupidly threw away the box as soon as I opened it so now I can’t even return it :/ such a bummer

Although we would like for Ember to last hours throughout the day, Ember's technology requires the battery to be used within the mug whenever it is being used and the white LED light is on! With that being said, utilizing the charging coaster when drinking out of your Ember is the best way to stay at the perfect temperature for as long as you are enjoying your beverage. Good mug, some technical issues.

It's hard to tell what's wrong when it stops working, and whether the problem has to do with the phone, the app, or the mug itself... the little indicator light can only tell you so much. So I end up with trial and error until it's fixed. It's otherwise good, but it feels a little expensive considering how often I need to figure out how to fix those issues.
