If you’re a sipper and take too much time drinking a skin forms on the top. Holds only a small cup if using a Keurig maker. Not worth $150 but a good idea that’s needs a little more technology.

Ember needs to come out with a 16-20 oz mug!

The white does get a little stained/scratched over time so might be better to go with the darker color on the long run.

works great, but a bit difficult to keep clean

For best care and maintenance, we would recommend using a wooden spoon or plastic/silicone utensils, as they will cause less damage than a metal spoon. I have purchased 3 of these mugs and all 3 had an issue with the pin on the charger pad getting stuck down and no longer working. Ember customer support responded immediately to the first 2 and sent replacement charger pads right away. The 3rd mug is about a year and a half old and has both the charger pad issue and it also no longer charges. I reached out to Ember support over a month ago and have followed up with them multiple times and they have not responded at all. I would expect a mug that costs almost $200 to last longer than a year and a half. I'm not sure what happened with their Customer service, but it went from great to abysmal. I would not recommend this product due to product quality issues, lack of customer service response and a very quirky app that constantly disconnects.
