Terrible product

It will not maintain sync, it constantly tells me it needs to recharge, I will be returning it. Terrible

I like to sip on my coffee and this keeps it warm without burning. My only issue is that the end on the cord is obnoxiously large so I have to keep the charger plugged in where nothing else is.
