so far, I love it. I haven't had the time to play w the app and figure it all out yet. so far, so good though. I find that it keeps my coffee warm but not hot. I am guessing there's a way for me to adjust the temp using the app. I just haven't had the time to play with it yet

I typically gulp my coffee once it gets cold…start wanting another cup in about an hour. With Ember every sip equally hot as the first sip and i am able to savor the coffee for longer duration

I love this ember mug this is my fourth one, I use it in my bedroom, I have one in the office, I bought one for my sister. I highly recommend this ember to everybody.

If the cup is not on the heating element, then it remains the right temperature for about 75 minutes. Otherwise it it not very different from the old fashioned plate warmer for regular ceramic cups that is switched on and off but the cup needs to be on the plate to keep its temperature. This Ember cup is not dishwasher safe.

This mug was the best Christmas gift . You can actually control it via your cell phone providing you downloaded the app. Keeps my beverages super hot

Excellent quality, keeps beverage nice and warm. Copper color seems of good quality and should not peel or fade like other colors. Good purchase

So, I bought this for my wife because she gies to thr microwave like 5 times to reheat the same cup of coffee. Turns out, I was right, she was tired of doing that too, haha. She absolutely loves this new cup. She says it is fantastic.

Amazing! I got this for my dad who is always running off and working on things and his coffee is always cold. Total game changer.

This is an excellent product to keep your tea/coffee at the desired temperature for hours on end. Seems to not be very useful but once you start to use it there's no going back.

an absolutely amazing cup for every perfect sip. i love it, didn't know why i didn't get this any sooner. always finish the last sip before battery runs out, makes it even that much better. every hot beverage drinker should have one, this would make a perfect gift for all coffee & tea lovers.

Great mug, wish I'd bought the bigger 14oz version, though. Android app works well enough to setup, but loses contact with the mug until force-killed. That doesn't affect the actual usage of the mug, though. The LED still shows when the mug's content is at my perfect temperature.

My parent’s enjoyed the mugs. It was easy to use with the instructions.

My mother LOVES this cup. She is messaging me weekly telling me so. Sje loves that she does not have to drink her coffee fast (while its warm) or keep running to the microwave to reheat. I purchased gsp, just in case.

This is a great little mug, I can walk around outside in the mornings checking on my plants and garden sit it down and return to hot coffee. Only regret is I should have purchased the larger one

I love this cup I’m a slow coffee drinker I like to enjoy it and this cups keeps my coffee at 143 til the very last drop I love the fact that you don’t have to go into to the app every time to turn it on it automatically sense when there’s liquid in the cup like what that’s awesome

Love Love my ember mug more than I can even describe. I like to sip my coffee slowly and have always been frustrated when it starts to cool too much. I take my ember on my morning walks with my pup every day. My only complaint is the lack of lid, even at home I like to keep my coffee covered to avoid dust.

Purchased this as a gift for my mom. She loves it do much she asked for another one to keep at her vacation home!

Great for an older (any) family member that always seems to have a cup of coffe- but constantly get distracted from drinking it- no more microwave zaps for cold coffee!

Got this for my husband's Christmas gift last year. He still uses it every morning. He loves it! Being able to control the temp from his phone is a nice perk. Only thing is, coffee stains it pretty significantly even with washing. But I guess that's what you get for buying a white cup!
