But the app has given me nothing but problems. It keeps crashing, will not connect to my cup and will not let me update the firmware.

Not worth the price and terrible customer service

I received an update notification, after the update my cup has not worked since.. This was on 1/17/24. I have sent three emails to Ember customer service for help . After I sent them a pic of the bottom of my cup (showing serial number) no one has reached out to me. I cup does not heat anymore.

The directions are confusing as they give a line of instruction and then repeat it in numerous languages. The combination of yellow English instructions with white paper are hard for older eyes.

Best Buy does not offer Total tech protection on it. Took it to Best Buy, could not do anything about it. Had to trash it there
