Cup is too SMALL!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While this cup is everything it's advertised as, it is MUCH too SMALL to be used in a Kurig machinel. I always make the largest cup of coffee my Kurig machine will brew and this Ember cup won't hold my brew. Granted, it works wonderfully if you make a cup of tea using hot water from a tea kettle... but I rarely make cups of tea!!

Problems started when the phone was showing that it reached the desired temperature but coffee was still cold to the touch. Did all suggested troubleshooting. Confirmed Mug is ON; Toggled Bluetooth; Force Close App and even Reset Mug; Uninstalled / Reinstall App and now it won't connect at all. Returning this product today. PLEASE FIX We love your product! Ease of use... better battery life can always be wished for BUT it lasts long enough for what we need it for... love the new color... build quality is good too.

Posted .Hi there thank you for your review and we do appreciate the feedback! We do want to note that the charging coaster can also be used to extened the battery life of your ,ug. If you place the mug on the coaster while it is heating, the battery level will pause. Which can give you hours of battery life!

However the app to manage it is terrible. Its such a pain that it deters you from using it. Half the time you have to repair it or redo all your settings/set up.
