It's good but..

The rings on the bottom will turn green and the material will start to erode if they are not get completely dry. It's on odd requirement for something destined to hold liquid.

Nice concept but falls short.

Connectivity and battery life both seem improved. This does everything I want it to do. It is used multiple times every day with no issue at all. Highly recommended.

I wish it would keep things warm a little longer only because I drink a lot of tea and like to use this mug to pour from my bigger one.

The second time, and every time since the battery lasts less than 45 minutes. I tried to contact the company, but no response. They don’t have a phone number and they don’t answer email or their text support line.

It really lives up to the idea. But unfortunately this mug suffers from tremendously incompitent software. This cup worked on day one, but every day afterwards we could never get it to work. The app wouldn't open anymore. Even reinstalling it would not solve the problem. The mug unpaired itself. It turned this great birthday present into just a normal cup. Upon looking at the Google play store reviews for the companion app (which you need for the heating to work) you'd find a 1 star rating with thousands of people having the same issues I was. Cannot reccomend until the software is fixed.

Not certain that I will purchase it again when Walmart has something similar. But I do like it. One of my favorite things is that when the cup is empty it shuts off which is extremely important to me.
