Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great idea in theory, however after a couple of weeks we now have to reset the Bluetooth connection everytime we use it and the return policy ended. 20 days into owning this and it's just a headache.

You Can't Go Wrong with this Mug!

Can be re-paired on another phone but eventually to the same results. Not satisfied.

Best Buy does not offer Total tech protection on it. Took it to Best Buy, could not do anything about it. Had to trash it there

So if piping hot hot or tea is what you desire then this may not serve your need.

High Maintenance

Read care instructions before you buy. And keep the saucer plugged in for charging which is how the coffee or tea stays hot. I don’t need a high maintenance cup. I’m on the go a great deal. Returned it.
