Awesome cup works well and keeps drink hot and app is really easy to use.

Girlfriend has been using it every day since I purchased this for her birthday. She never finished her coffee since it got cold during her morning routine. Now this keeps her coffee warm and she can stop wasting coffee. Easy to set up with the app. Have washed it multiple times by now and still no issues with it charging or working.

The Ember Smart Mug is so easy to use. So cool how it connects to your phone and you can control the temperate on your phone. Great for people who drink coffee slowly. Such a great gift idea!

I love the idea of this cup and it is better than other ones on the market. The color is awesome. However, I have two complaints'. One, the 10 oz size is just too small. The Keurig fills it all the way to the top, there is NO extra room, and as soon as you pick it up, it will spill. I don't want my coffee any stronger than the keurig being set for 10 oz. So one would say buy the bigger cup, however the bigger cup cost a fortune. Which leads me to the next complaint, it just cost too much. They should make only the 14oz and price it at the 10oz price. All in all, I like it, but would not buy another one unless it was the bigger size for under $100.

I got this cup for my wife for almost free. It popped up on the member sales of the month, and with the money I got back from using my Best Buy credit card from prior purchases only paid $10.

I have enjoyed using this but i really didn't need it. It works as designed and keeps my coffee perfectly warm in the morning. I recommend it as a cool gift for someone who wouldn't treat themselves but they love coffee or tea.

Does exactly what it claims it does. Very cool cup! Bought it for my mom. She had a bit of a learning curve using it (because she's just used to how she does things LOL) but she loves it. She does want a bigger one though. My only complaint is that the instructions are virtually non existent out of the box. You get very basic instructions and have to download an app for everything else. The app is very useful, but not everyone wants to download an app for a mug.

We love these mugs! Use them almost daily. They have different settings for different kinds of coffee drinks. The only knock is that the battery doesn’t last long. So charge it daily.

I am in meetings all day long and this ensures that I always have a warm cup of coffee or tea close at hand.

If you like for your coffee to stay hot this is the perfect cup. Love that it is like an expensive cup with its slim line design. We chose black. Totally recommend this product.

Got this for my mother for her birthday and she loves it. Easy to use app is well designed. A little connectivity issues at first but was resolved with updated software.

This mug is amazing. I am currently a college student who is doing all of my classes online and having my coffee be at the perfect temperature all day simply makes my life a little easier. I used to always get up and microwave my cold coffee to the point it was too hot and by the time I let it cool, it would always be cold. I love being able to control the temperature on my phone. I got this mug for my lawyer friend! She always has to chug her coffee before it gets too cold and she has been loving it! She accidentally forgot it was heated up and after an hour she took a sip ad burned her tongue the mug worked so well. Def recommend for hot coffee even hours after you pour the first cup
