I was skeptical, but this has been great. It keeps my drink warm all morning, and even remembers my preferred temperature when I don't have the blue tooth on. Love it.

Bought this for my wife. She loves hot drinks, but the tumblers usually keep the drinks too hot for a long time and regular ceramic mugs do not keep the drinks hot enough. This is perfect for her because she can keep it on her desk as she works and keeps the drink at the perfect temperature.

Nice solution to a problem I didn't know I had. I like not having to deal with cold coffee anymore. After washing and charging the mug, there's a small ring of water on the charger base no matter how carefully we wash and dry it. Hopefully, this won't cause any issues with the life of the mug.

This mug outlasts your back-to-back meetings! No more ending your conference calls and going back to a cold cup of coffee. Easy to clean, maintain and charge. Have had this mug for 5 months now with daily use and have not encountered any problems whatsoever. Love this mug!

so far, I love it. I haven't had the time to play w the app and figure it all out yet. so far, so good though. I find that it keeps my coffee warm but not hot. I am guessing there's a way for me to adjust the temp using the app. I just haven't had the time to play with it yet

Great mug and keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature. When I forget my coffee at my desk, I dont have to worry about it getting cold anymore.

If the cup is not on the heating element, then it remains the right temperature for about 75 minutes. Otherwise it it not very different from the old fashioned plate warmer for regular ceramic cups that is switched on and off but the cup needs to be on the plate to keep its temperature. This Ember cup is not dishwasher safe.

I typically gulp my coffee once it gets cold…start wanting another cup in about an hour. With Ember every sip equally hot as the first sip and i am able to savor the coffee for longer duration

The mug is great!! Heat it up and stays worm. Perfect for my morning coffee. Always forget to drink it quick and gets cold. This solves that problem.

an absolutely amazing cup for every perfect sip. i love it, didn't know why i didn't get this any sooner. always finish the last sip before battery runs out, makes it even that much better. every hot beverage drinker should have one, this would make a perfect gift for all coffee & tea lovers.

Great mug, wish I'd bought the bigger 14oz version, though. Android app works well enough to setup, but loses contact with the mug until force-killed. That doesn't affect the actual usage of the mug, though. The LED still shows when the mug's content is at my perfect temperature.

I love this ember mug this is my fourth one, I use it in my bedroom, I have one in the office, I bought one for my sister. I highly recommend this ember to everybody.

So, I bought this for my wife because she gies to thr microwave like 5 times to reheat the same cup of coffee. Turns out, I was right, she was tired of doing that too, haha. She absolutely loves this new cup. She says it is fantastic.

This is a great little mug, I can walk around outside in the mornings checking on my plants and garden sit it down and return to hot coffee. Only regret is I should have purchased the larger one

I love this cup I’m a slow coffee drinker I like to enjoy it and this cups keeps my coffee at 143 til the very last drop I love the fact that you don’t have to go into to the app every time to turn it on it automatically sense when there’s liquid in the cup like what that’s awesome
