    Overpriced it’s worth like $30. Not $100. battery runs out quick..

    Cooled coffee after being made

    The cup cooled the coffee off after it came from the coffe pot. My wifes ideal coffe drinking temperature and the cups capabilities were not compatible. Great for brewing tea but not if you like drinking piping hot coffee.

      Hi there, thanks for the review and feedback. Sorry to here that the max tempurature did not work out for you wife. When it comes down to it, we wanted to make a product that not only works properly but also lasts between 1-2 hours. In future versions, technology will improve, and we will continue to improve! Through test studies, a majority of the customers enjoy their teas and coffee no hotter than 145°F. BUT now that the Ember is out in the wild, we can take this feedback to make future updates.

    Bad cup of tea

    I continue to have trouble pairing the cup with my phone. It won't complete any updates. It's always a crap shoot if I can get it to heat my tea. Today, it did not. I tried pairing to which is just kept spinning that it was connecting, never stopped. The Ember website is worthless because it doesn't really get into any really detailed issues. I hate it but it was working for a few weeks so didn't return it. Today is the 30 day mark for returning it to Ember but I don't think they will accept it since it will be post marked tomorrow ( which is Monday). What a waste of money!

    Stopped working after only a week or two. Just get up and get another cup or splurge the 35 bucks for a yeti. This is just dumb.

    Garbage! Battery drops big numbers quickly. Coffee doesn’t stay hot it doesn’t stay connected. Overall horrible purchase

    The paint on the cup peels !!

    Nice idea and like it but paint started peeling inside of the cup so have to throw it away. This happened before the year was up but I waited too long to address so now the warranty will not cover it. I’m literally a year and one week from purchase.

    The hardware is great....the software is horrendous and makes this product totally useless. A real shame because I like the concept, just need a smarter company to design the software. I returned it for a refund.

    Mug always says my cup is empty when I have a full cup of coffee or tea in it. . I will return it asap. I'm very disappointed

    I'm sure This is a good cup but for me I will pass the amount of money that this cup costs it needs to be bigger if you are drinking an espresso its fine but coffee with Creamer no way so I pass until you have a bigger cup.

    Really nice looking mug, keeps your coffee or tea hot till the last drop. Really love this, only wish the handle was more thick for a nice grip
