Pretty good. It definitely keeps the liquid warm when on the cradle but after about an hour my coffee tastes burnt. I am in and out of my office all morning so I do leave my coffee there for several minutes at a time. However, it does the job.

I got this for my Mom for Christmas and she loved it. She’s always leaving her coffee sitting around the house and it gets cold so then she has to warm it up in the microwave. She loved that fact that she doesn’t have to worry about her coffee getting cold anymore!

Absolutely love this mug!! It keeps my coffee and tea warm for a long time! I did have some issues initially getting it to connect to my phone, but, once it did, it's been great ever since! I do wish it was just a little bigger, otherwise, it's definitely great! Need another charger stand so I can take it to different levels in my house without worrying about losing charge.

Amazing. My wife nurses her coffee in the morning and usually ends up reheating it a couple time. This mug does exactly what it says it does, keep the coffee at your desired temperature for over an hour. It loses a star because for the price I wish they lasted longer than 2 years but she likes it so much I had to repurchase.

Every time I take a sip of my coffee it’s absolutely the perfect temperature. Best cup of coffee down to the last drop. Now I don’t have to reheat my coffee a million times. Thank you Ember!!!!

We've been using two of these in black and white daily for 4 months and love them. We wash ours by hand and have not had the issues the other reviewers have experienced. We keep the setting at 150 degrees and our coffee is hot with every sip. Going to purchase two more for gifts.

Poured 2 cups of coffee at the same time, one in a regular mug and the other in the ember. The regular mug had only kept the beverage warm for about 15 minutes while the coffee in the ember stayed at me desired temperature. Highly recommend for those who like to sip on their coffee and not down it in 10 minutes.

I am not the best person to write a review since I’m not an avid coffee/hot tea drinker. Even with that said I think the mug is great. It even makes for a good cup of oatmeal (I tried it this morning) The only downside is that I didn’t get the larger one.

I bought this for my wife for Xmas. I’m always on cup two before she finishes her first. This is amazing. She sets the temp from her phone and every sip of her coffee is the same temp. Great purchase.

When it goes on sale or super sale you have to buy never had a complaint give as gifts to others after getting my own. Keep it out of the dishwasher and will last a long time is my experience.

This mug is simply the best- it hears up as soon as yoy put loquid in it and it keeps it at the preset temperature- simple as that.
