    Horrible Customer service, product doesn’t last.

    I purchased this gift dec 2022. Mug was good for a couple months and then wouldn't keep the coffee warm after an hour. Fought with customer service and they warranty replaced it. Two months later, same issue on the replaced mug. Fought again with customer service and recieved a second warranty replacement. In August the push lid broke. Fought with customer service to get it warranty replaced. They finally sent a replacement. Guess what, three months later the new lid broke and customer service is nowhere to be found. Extremely poor customer service. You have to fight to get a warranty replacement. There is no phone number to contact Ember. After spending $200 on a mug you think it should work. Do Not Buy, Google ember and read the reviews.

    Needs Better Battery Life

    The product idea is awesome. But the battery life is terrible. I bought this for my wife and she is having to charge it every 45 minutes.

    Steer clear of this mug people, there is absolutely no customer support for this device. Do yourself a favor and reach out to them yourself, you will never get a response from them beyond canned responses.
