16oz is a great upgrade for any previous ember users

I bought this with the intention of using it when I wasn’t working from home. Battery life says 8hrs but it barely lasted 2. Even when I would turn the heat off and only used it when I needed it wouldn’t even last 4 hrs. Not worth the $$ at all.

The idea is best but the item is not. It loses charge fast and when put back in the charging coaster with coffee... the coffee changes flavor.

The battery didn’t last long . My wife was disappointed with the cup . For being that expensive I would thought it would have lasted longer. I returned back . Needs more research on it .

Because the battery is gone very soon also we die only couple hours. My drink is cold.

It has to be on charger all the time to stay hot..

DO NOT BUY!! Broke within a month and Ember support is horrible. If you do buy, make sure you purchase Best Buy support. Maybe they are way better than Ember's support.

Such a cool travel mug! Sleek-looking but so functional. The cup tells you it's hot and ready to drink once it meets the perfect drinking temperature. Battery lasts about three hours but you'll finish your coffee long before since it stays hot and tastes like it was just poured. Great gift!

I really love this product. It’s keeps my coffee hot until the last drop. My only complaint is that it takes a bit until the app senses the coffee in it. It may be because I have the mug as well and it has difficulty switching from one to the other, not sure. But all in all, very happy with it!

Love my Ember travel mug! I use it every day and it keeps my coffees perfectly heated. I bought an additional charging plate for my work office so that it keeps heating if I take more than 3 hours to drink my cup.

The mug itself is great. However, the app on the other hand is one of the most buggy pieces of crap I have ever seen. It keeps crashing on multiple devices. How can these have been around for this long and cost this much and they still not have an app that works?

Purchased for travel, the sensor is extremely frustrating and constantly says "empty" which could be caused by several different things according to the company. Just trying to get the liquid to properly heat, I've used 35% of the battery and it's still not hot. Currently retailing at $200 per mug, this *may* be worth it for an average user at HALF the asking price. Buyer beware.

Only stays warm for like 30 minutes; my yeti mug works better…., seeing if I can exchange. I’ll keep ya posted!
