Love this ember travel mug Little expensive though

I was really excited for this mug and had high high hopes, but unfortunately it disappointed me. My too major issues: 3hr battery is not long enough and it took way too long to recharge during the day and in between uses. What was worse than the charge was the fact that even if I put boiling water in the mug, it would basically cool it down to its max heat temp.

My wife loves all of the ember products. She has been using this one for a while, and the quality is really good. It would be nice to have a slightly larger option for a travel mug, but this one works great.

Doesnt stay warm for 3 hours as stated. The cap feels cheap for the price you pay.

Purchased the Travel mug 2.0 for a Christmas gift. Husband loved it until it quit working not even 2 weeks later. Shorted out burn marks on bottom of cup and charging pin on charging plate not visible. Since it was purchased 2 weeks before Christmas, Best buy wont return it and Ember will not repond to emails. There is no phone number to call.

Works great, better than expected! I al used to just sipping my coffee on my way to work. Now that the weather got cooler I have to quickly drink my coffee or else it gets cold. Now with this mug I can go back to enjoying my coffee without rushing!

The technology in this product is amazing and it is easy to setup as well as operate.

Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it especially while she is at work.

I bought it for a Christmas gift, but they thought it was only for apple. So i kept it happily for myself. I was excited to be able to have my hot cocoa kept warm through out the day.download the app and then connect. For a moment. Anyways, I followed the instructions and repeated them many times. As it didnt function like it’s supposed to. It should stay warm 3 hrs or all day on the charger. My cocoa was cold to my surprise. Bummed I’ve tried resetting it over and over to still not working correctly. I wonder if this is a common theme or just my bsd luck? I was also thinking that if it would do cold or chilled also and work right then it would b more worth it. Less ice and less watering down beverages. Maybe save some $ instead

I got this for my wife. And she loves it. One of the best gifts i ever gave her.

My ember travel mug quit working after 30 days. I am so disappointed. My other mug has been fine for over a year so I didn’t buy a warranty for this one. I couldn’t be more upset that I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day and now it doesn’t work.

Cup suck loses charge replacement cap sucks original cap suck wasn’t able to reset cup back to factory settings overall would not buy again

Works great so far. No complaints just waiting to see how long it last

Great for long commutes or if you have a desk to put the charger on

Loved the concept of this but wasn't great. Bought this for my wife for xmas and she at first loved it. I had to return this item 3xs due to the lid constantly not locking in.

This is a gift and I hope it brings joy to the one I love.
