Did have the lcd screen go blank, unplged and repluged fixed it temporarily, for now. Super quiet so much you really wonder if its even on!

I've had this oven for 9 months, but since some reviews said that it wouldn't fit a 12" pizza, I never bothered to check. Those reviewers were simply wrong. It fit's a 12" pizza just fine. I found this out because I ordered a Ninja XL to have an air fryer that would, but when I got to measuring I discovered my mistake. I never cooked with the Ninja, but the buzzer on it is barely audible, and there's no pause after preheat to add food. This oven has both a loud buzzer and prompts for each stage of cooking. The only negative is that additional racks aren't available from Emerald; mesh baskets, but not racks.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It does so many things from cooking to air frying to toasting. I use this instead of my big oven to save on heating up the house. I would suggest reading the manual that comes with it. If you follow the instructions given, you won't have any problems at all. Look at the suggestions on what position to put the baking pan or basket on and what temperature and time is best for the item you're cooking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We use this almost everyday. With all of the available options, we find a use for it constantly. Once you get used how to manipulate the menu it is very easy to use. We love the keep warm feature!

Love this airfryer, it is quiet and cooks to perfection. Read the owners manual and you will have no problems from first time use to cooking your favorite family meals or anything you choose.

Works great and has tons of room. We had a much smaller unit previously and it took too long to air fry enough for the whole family. This unit performs the task all at once without issue. It is rather large, but worth the counter space.

I bought this air fryer oven and had to take it back to the store because it had an exposed wire. It looked like it could be easily fixed by opening up the oven and making sure that the connection was good but I was told that it wasn't worth fixing. I then got a refund and purchased another one. I like the way it works very much. It did French fries very well. It will take some experimentation and adjustment of recipes to get really good results. I want to try to use the sous vide option to cook pork chops.

This was our first air fryer purchase and it also had to be a toaster and oven to replace the toaster oven it took the place of. We have been very pleasantly surprised not only with the air frying but with the toaster function and the oven/reheat function. We are using the microwave less for reheating meals. As with most electronic control appliances, the controls/user interface are not intuitively obvious but we are figuring it out and I'm pretty sure it is similar to other brands in this respect.

I have an old airfyer that is okay. But then i upgraded to this and even more than i expected. Very easy to use. The only thing i think is missing isthe on/off button. But it has a standby mode. Overall i am very satisfied.

its takes some getting used to and isn't easy to figure out, even with the instructions. Although, I'm please I figured it out before my kids did so that was more of an ego boost than anything else. Once we figured it out, I was very please with how well it works and how much room is available for foods. Out last air fryer was difficult because you would have food on top of itself and it cooked unevenly. The space this offers allows you to spread everything out for an even cook.

Great Air Fryer! Large enough to cook a pizza in and the power is great. Bought it for my daughter in college and she loves it also.

It's big, but it works. We needed a bigger fryer after our old, canister style died. This is a big, small appliance that will definitely take up space on your counter; however, you will likely use it every day. I baked bread with it a few days ago to avoid using our oven. It's handy and will fit a 12" pizza (what we wanted it for). Overall, it was a good buy when I caught it on sale. It is slightly difficult to learn the knobs and settings, but I like the functionality.

I like this very much. It looks nice on the counter and the basket is large enough to cook French fried potatoes without stacking them. Gonna try fried zucchini next. I am still learning how to use it.

Works great I just wish the settings were easier to manipulate for everyone. My mom uses it for toast daily as I got rid of the toaster, air fryer and toaster oven to save space. If I use it in between, I have to remember to reset it to toast as she has a hard time with the settings. I think it’s the knobs instead of buttons that confuses her. More of a user issue than the product, but it is worth noting that it takes time to get used to it.

I bought the air fryer on sale for $79.00. this is the best $79.00 that i ever spent. I use it 95% of time i will never cook without it. You have to go buy one today you will be glad that you did.

The best baddest air fryer. I’m the envy of all of my friends. Literally some of them have borrowed it for parties because it is large and fast! Perfect for wings or fries or whatever

We have used our air fryer and the other functions. This item is multi-functional. Easy to use and stylish. Would recommend it for anyone wanting an air fryer. It is our first air fryer and we enjoy it.

I have bin using my toaster oven for years I got this air fryer over the holiday for a gift and OMG this is great everything I have put in it has come out excellent ..... BAM it's Awsome
