    It was amazing when it worked.. The digital screen started glitching out kind of like a horror movie. The screen breaking also meant the timer broke. I loved how each function had an individual timer allowing it to stop. It also keeps in the scent pretty well so I didn't smell the food burning.. YIKES It broke literally one day after the return policy.. Luckily I bought the protection plan.

    Worst air fryer I’ve owned. Procrastinated returning thinking I had 30 days ... nope 2 weeks. Now I’m stuck with this huge piece of junk. The screen stopped working after a week & only about 3 uses. The presets are a joke. The thing never turns off the way it’s supposed to so constantly having to unplug. The drip pan is very hard to clean... stuff sticks to it & refuses to come off. It only comes with 1 basket tray thingy & 1 rack.... should have had 2 of each. This is just really an epic fail for Emerald & Best Buy. Sell the rest of these for 20 bucks & discount this brand. It is really bad for business. Disappointed customer.
