This thing is a piece of junk. After following the instructions for a new oven the first pizza I cooked was a disaster. I tried again the next day but tested the temp with oven thermometers and it was heating up over 40 degrees less than the posted temperature. I'm returning it which is just as well as there are other design issues that I really don't like. For example, why have to preheat separately? Why are the presets so bad? I found it difficult to maneuver the cooking trays into and out of the oven without fear of burning a hand or finger.

The window fitting thing leaves an air gap so have to rig it with tape. But it blows cold air hard.

Good, but the buttons sometimes do not respond to do what you want.

Omg... No... reset button.... Must unplugged to reset everything... Aside from that it's ok..

A whole bunch of presets and not a lot of options.

TOO big, returned because of space limitations. Please measure before you buy

My family and I loved it for a while. Now it doesn't air fry and the screen is unreadable. Manufacturer warranty was only 6 months and they were nonresponsive when i inquired on if it was fixable or if they would do anything to help me with their defective product.

it's a good air fryer, but perhaps too many functions and hard to adjust.

Sadly, I never got to use it even once. I had read the reviews on the faulty digital display - what are the odds that mine would too? Well, plugged it in, did the initial empty test run it recommends to burn off anything. The next day I was going to use it - immediately the display just flickered and then went out. When I returned it, the manager told me he as heard this several times on this model.

Temp are much higher. Chicken breast, too high and smoked my whole house. French fries make sure they are in the middle of the tray or will burn as well.

Difficult to use dials and buttons. The instruction manual is not user friendly to help.

Bought this in January 2021, it is now November 2021 and I already had to go out and buy a new air fryer because this one stopped working. I should’ve know better than to buy something like this with a generic no name.

I bought this oven: Emerald - 25L Digital Air Fryer Oven - Silver and within a year I had a short circuit trip. I thought it would be fine if I stopped using it for a few months, but it still didn't work. Contact best buy online agent said to go to the store to replace the new can be ok. We foolishly moved the oven and did so, only to have the clerk tell us to contact the manufacturer. We contacted the manufacturer and got no response. Now the oven still trips when we plug it in, delaying our use and taking up space.

I’ve had this air fryer for 10 months and it was great! I barely used my oven. One day it just quit heating up. Don’t buy this if you are looking to buy a reliable air fryer that you can use for a few years.
