The directions are horrible and barely tell you how to use it! I plan to return this! It’s extremely hard to use and NOT AT ALL user friendly.

If you only want to use it as an air fryer that is ok. Using it as an oven does not work well. I just missed the return period or I would not have kept it.

Bad designed product

I had not cook anything on it yet. Simply just turn it on or off is a hassle. I bought two and returned both. Hopefully Bestbuy will return me $15 reward credit.

No regular oven function!!!

It should be easy to include a regular countertop oven function. I may use it 90% of the time as an oven. Only 10% for air fryer. It's a disappointment.

Terribly LOUD!

It is a nightmare! My big range is less than half as loud when done. Also, it’s just a big toaster oven.
