Does not get hot enough. At the same 400F setting, this item takes almost twice the time as other airfryer.

It's been maybe 2.5 years ar so since I bought this airfryer and it's still going strong. Would recommend.

I purchased for my mother who is 70 years old, she loves it, she is happy with her toy, so I am happy as well with my good idea to choose this efficient Air fryer.

So easy to use and super convenient . This is a must have, holds tons and very fast. I did fries, sausage and beef patty at the same time. Energy saving as well

But this for my mom for Christmas it’s super easy to use and it doesn’t confuse her because she is a bit older I definitely recommend

Purchased as a gift for a relative. She has never used an air fryer before. She said that is makes the best chicken wings ever.

The ink on the dials rubs off with a wet rag and you cant really tell what the temperature is because of the weird intervals. timer is great and this think is still running 1.5 years later.

Another reviewer also pointed out that this fryer does not close/latch properly and this is correct. The manual states that the fryer must be flushed and closed fully in order to work. There is no guiding rod inside the fryer to ensure the tray stays aligned and closes properly all the time. Instead, when sliding the fryer in to close it up, it stays crooked and does not sit flush against the unit. One side sticks further out than the other. You will have to pull out the tray and slide it back in 4 or 5 times to land a lucky closure. The problem with this is that by not getting a correct closure with the tray, it scratches and dings the small plastic square connector at the bottom of the tray. The end result will be the plastic part breaking after a number of times which will render the air fryer useless. I just got mine today and was checking it out as this is my first air fryer and my fiance pulled out the tray to take the plastic wrapper out from the inside. She slid it back in only to realize that it didn't close properly. I laughed at her for not closing it correctly only for myself to give it a try and then have the same result. Now, I bet Emerald is laughing at me for buying this air fryer on sale. We thought that maybe we got a defective product or that it might have been somehow broken but nope, i inspected it fully and there are no broken parts. There is only the scratches against the plastic connector from the tray not latching correctly from when we were simply closing it or trying to for that matter. I can't see this air fryer lasting more than a few months with this flaw. We literally tried back to back to get the tray to close properly and took more than a handful of tries each time. I thought maybe we had to use extra force or that there was a trick to it but nope, just a bad design. Usually, there will be a guiding piece or rod to ensure a tray of some sort stays aligned and closes securely but the absence of this mechanism is an issue with this unit. The makers of this product are obviously aware since the instruction booklet specifically added the statement to make sure its closes flush and secure. This is just silly to me on how a company that makes an air fryer can get something so "basic" wrong with their design. Sure, i could just deal with the hassle of not being able to close the tray at times and have the unit prone to breaking down the line. I did also buy the protection plan with this product but, why go through this hassle when i can see right out of the box there is an inherent issue with the fryer?! Why even create something so foolishly? You lost me Emerald! Your first impression was a failure for me. I won't be buying your products again. I'll be returning this junk. I was excited to finally get this because i had some Dino nuggies and frenchy fries waiting to cook themselves but they won't get to enjoy the heat from this fryer. Not only that but, i had to wait an extended period of time to get this delivered because it was on back order. It seems I waited for nothing and now i have second thoughts about ever trying another air fryer again. Now that i have vented my frustration I feel a little better. Thanks for that Emerald!

These air dryers were a steal. They came very well packaged and sooner than expected. Will make great family Christmas gifts. Thanks ever so much. Stay safe.

this is my 4th air cooker purchase I just love them this will be a gift that everyone should have they are not as good most of the time as real deep frying but a lot healthier

I gave this Air Fryer as a gift to my son for his birthday. He was very pleased with it. He is having fun learning what he can cook in it. Overall he’s very pleased!

My best friend wanted one of these to try out. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles so I won't know everything til after Christmas.
