BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

When I opened the box it was missing the knob for the timer. I reached out to the company, after over TWO WEEKS of back and forth emails, they say there is nothing they can do because it's a couple weeks past the warranty. Only short sentences with no real explanation or alternatives. They did not try to solve my issue at all, not even offering me the option to purchase a replacement part or anything. So now I'm stuck with a unit that I will need to use pliers to be able to use. Stay away unless you want no support.
