    The Emerald air fryer is a good unit. Have used it to cook steaks, fries, chicken, etc. Still learning and trying. Only one complaint so far. The cover over the release button broke off.

    Wife is happy with this purchase. Sincr we both work our time is limited. Cooking things with 0 oil makes it a healthy choice.

    This is great for lowering fat intake without having to give up fried foods. Instructions could have been better, but there is information out there if you look for it. I am just beginning to learn to use it
