    I have used this once so far with good results, but I don't have much faith in the handle assembly as it is very cheaply made. It also arrived with loose screws that needed to be tightened before I could use it. This was an online purchase.

    After 2 uses the front cover fell apart. Not sure how long this product is going to last. It does work currently and I believe it does cook well

    Found it difficult to determine how to cook various foods as there wasn't any good directions. It under cooked chicken and overcooked stir fry veggies. Also, it was a lot larger than expected so hard to store when not in use.

    Great solid long lasting product. BUT VERY CONFUSING TO USE. presets are already there so if you don’t care(like me) then you’ll be fine. If you want to heat it up to a specific temp and time for a specific item then you’ll have to play around with it

    item didn't work as specification. It takes double the time it supposed to take to cook food. I don't know how people rate 5 star. People like those who give 5 star which product doesn't deserve hurting other's feelings fake people.

    it worked well at first but it is so hard to clean, impossible to get some off. I even deep cleaned and soaked with baking soda and such.

    The fryer works great, but be careful because the basket part disconnects from the convection part... even when you don’t want it to. Nothing is worse than having a 400 degree metal item fall on your foot.

    Never used an air fryer. Bought for wife. Wasn't impressed with it. Had a hard time properly setting up. Dissatisfied with the French fries and chicken quality. Don't use often
