It stopped working after few uses and into few months into purchase

Does the job. I did expect more based on the great reviews. I dislike the on/off button since it does not turn off the air fryer instantly- it takes about a minute or so.

love the way it cooks but the try you cook in peeled right away and you cannot get ahold of emerald about it

Not totally impressed. Thought food was supposed to taste amazing with this. Hard to tell which buttons do what. Not sure that the heat maintains/rises after opening to flip and reclosing.

I'm not very pleased with my selection this time. It is very basic and smaller than i expected. It would be a decent selection for a single person.

If I could give this a zero rating - I would. I had bought the air fryer after reading multiple reviews and it seemed like a good purchase. I loved it - loved it and used it all of the time. Read the product manual for recipes and instructions. One of the instructions indicated you should not put on laminate or wood surfaces. So I put in on my quartz counter. Well . . . the housing expanded and popped and cracked my counter top. But the air fryer kept running - no error message and it just kept going. It took us a little while to figure out what had happend. Well, go into Best Buy to return the product (mind you, I bought a 2 year extended warranty), told me they couldn't help me because it was a manufacturer's defect and to call the manufacturer. Well, I did just that and they told me that it was my fault and that I should have Googled the instructions and there it indicated that you shouldn't put it on quartz counters. What good is reading the manufacturer's product manual if you also have to google and research absolutely every possible scenario that could happen with your air fryer. I will never again buy another Emerald product and it remains to be seen whether or not I buy from Best Buy again since an extended two-year warranty really doesn't mean anything.

So I purchased this and so far I've only used it once for fried chicken, I can't say that I'm a big fan of it yet but I'll probably come back an review it again once I find my zing

Seriously. Number 1 in the instructions should be- how to get the drawer out. How frustrating to not know how to read Chinese. Support some emojis for goodness sake.

I dont know if it is good or not because it is not clear how to use it; manual provides limited instructions/suggestions and I didn't find enough info online about it

A bit cheaply made. A piece broke off within a few days. The drawer is cumbersome and not that easy to pull out. Heat's up well and has good preset options.

The air frier did not have an instruction book in the box. I've been trying to download a manual. It truly should have come with instructions. Once I learn how to use it, I may change my rating.

Not what I expected. Very big and takes up a great deal of countertop. Especially if you have limited space. However, I can recommend. Just not for me.

We have had this over a year now. It uses to be great but the stuff on the basket has started peeling off everything sticks even if you spray it etc.

Mine didn't come with instructions or manual. It looks great for the price but I don't know how to use it.

Works good but our handle broke so quick but the airfryer still works but not as well as it use to.

I Thought This Larger Size Air Fryer Would Be Great But Boy Was I Wrong. I Went To Make Homemade French Fries Recipe Said To Shake Up One Or Two Times During The Cooking Time. I Did Just That & The Fries Never Cooked All The Way Thru Some Were Overcooked Others Raw Inside & On Top Of That The Machine Kept Shutting Off For No Reason I Kept Making Sure In Was Pushed In All The Way And On The Right Settings My Fries Took Like A Hour & Half When It Should Of Took Only Like A Half An Hour. Very Disapointed....

Worked fine for about a year. Before then it was great but now it does nothing.

I love the idea of the air fryer! Food comes out crispy without all the added oil however the parts are poor quality. Fell apart shortly after I purchased it.

This was an ok air fryer while it lasted. We didn't own it long before it started running without any heat reaching the food.

Unsure of an assessment at this time. Had a dreaded code failure with 1st use that many others have complained about but not with last 4 or 5 uses.
