Was great in the beginning then the handle in the basket start separating and make it harder to put the basket back in

2nd one of these I have purchased, they work well for the sale price, it's not worth the original retail price.

Didn't really like this air fryer. I had to return to store. It dosent cook food evenly.

Shuts off before time is up with error code E2. Don’t know what that means as there is no users manual available. Not even online.

Glad we purchased this, but it does cut off quick cooking frozen foods. Have to keep an eye on it to restart.

This air fryer is easy to use and It holds a lot of food but don’t over pack it. I recommend this air fryer.

Its not an actual fryer, its like shake and bake, good if you wanna bake some chicken or fries and dont wanna use the oven

Lost a screw within the first few weeks of purchase. Not the best quality but gets the job done.

Very bad quality. The first time I used it a piece of plastic on the handle broke off. Since then I have used it only three times. During that, a nut came off a screw. I bought this thing as a cheap deal of the day. Not even worth the sale price. I suggest getting a name brand instead of the Insignia knock off.

This air fryer was great but it only lasted 2yrs so take that into consideration

I have two air fryers but this one is just okay! It doesn't brown food on the bottom. I like the Insigna better.

After fearing the dreaded frying tray peeling off. I just had to return for peace of mind.

Picked it up. Have not used it yet. Therefore, cant give it a rating as of yet.

Temperature adjustment buttons supposed to work in 5 degree increments but increase or decrease by ten degrees. No way to get say a "385 degrees" cooking temperature. I purchase the air fryer on July 22, 2020, it was delivered on July 28, 2020 and Best Buys return by date expired August 13. I would rate that poor customer service.

I didn't like it maybe because it was too large from the outside and small inside.

We had a couple error code issues with this but at the deal of the day price it ended up being worth it

The basket switch malfunctioned within four months of purchase. Unit would not work when basket inserted. Emailing support for warranty in April, May and June got auto reply that they were shut down and didn't know when they would respond. They should go out of business. Product is a lemon.

It is ok but not what I was expecting. Takes too long to cook, emits a burnt odor from the fan that has not gone away. You have to turn food half way through the cooking process. Removing the tray from the carrier is a bit challenging as you have to tilt it slightly while pressing the button to remove it.
