The unit is far to big. Also, it would be good if it had a shelf or something because all you can do is put stuff in the bin. Also, I don;t like the control pad. It is confusing. Would not buy again. Would have done more research on other models. I was taken in by the price unfortunately.

Purchased the Emerald air fryer and it did not work as well as my previous air fryer. It is quite for an air fryer but the outside of the unit would get super hot. I am guessing not enough insulation. I returned to Best Buy hassle free.

We recently started using it during shelter at home and in the first 2-3 attempts, we were able to make some really good dishes until I air fried frozen fries and while I was pulling the tray out of the fryer, it's lock broke and the whole outer bucket got released and fell straight on floor, leaving a dent on itself and a broken lock. Now, the thing won't go inside the fryer due to dent and the broken lock won't let the buckets stay together.

I got this for my self its okay nothing from what I expected works like a regular oven.

It was bigger than expected. The product may be good, but just didn't fit our space.

I had terrible issues with this. The first time it was cracked, sent it back. Second time the handle was broken on it, and no screws to fix it inside. I would say it’s poor quality made. Once I got a new one, it works amazing.

It didn’t crisp my food as expected. I’d rather just use the oven

It’s just not for me. I actually ended up giving it to a friend and they love it

Unit would turn off, had to unplug it after each use. Also, couldn’t set timer below 15 minutes otherwise wouldnt turn on. Would hope this was a defective unit and not “normal” operation. Returned it and purchased a Bella air fryer instead and am very happy with it.

Instructions and utilizing the food processor is not easy.

Definitely read all the directions. Works great on small batches of fries.

Ordered on deal of the day; came used with packing tape removed, twist tires of cables and a burnt electrical smell

It did the job while it was working but didnt last. It died a year and a half after I purchased it. Used it almost daily. Wouldnt recommend it if you are looking for something reliable.

It’s a good product, my only issue... it rusts very fast.

Pro: Capacity Con: Doesn't get hot enough so it takes longer than other brands. Ex. 25 Min on Ninja would take about 45min to cook the same on this model. Also, food smells like burnt plastic sometimes.

The best way to fry something with out using cooking oil

I love the air fryer overall... it’s time effective and gives the food a nice crisp texture. Unfortunately, my air fryer basket keeps coming out of the bottom when it should be latched . It has dropped unexpectedly a few times and startled me.
