Quality looks good. it works but, doesn't cook food evenly.

It was a gift for my mom. She really likes it.....

The air fryer is too bulky. I would rather use my stove!

Constantly received an error - only way to cook with this was to plug in and unplug. Didn't taste "fried", same result as oven cooking and took almost as long. Pass

I bought two of these at two different times. The first one was amazing and works perfectly as it should. The second one ordered never really closes all the way. Other than that, they work great!

Was expecting a crisper taste, may have expected to much..

first time using this product the basket that holds the food detached itself from the main unit and burned my hand. after looking at the unit close i can clearly see that the tabs that hold the basket to unit dont latch properly and when you remove it form the unit the basket fall apart every time. there is no costumer support for the item either!! the phone numbers for the manufacturer are all disconnected.

Eay to use but tough to clean. I guess it takes too much power. Had to shut down other appliances like burners, heaters or the power trips.

Continue to get error message E2. It stops during the cooking process. So you have to stand in front of machine entire time to make sure it doesnt stop working. You open machine shake basket it resumes. Dont like that process. Might return.

This air fryer emits a strong chemical odor when it's operating. I thought the smell would go away after several uses, but I was wrong. I can taste it in the food. This can't be good for the health!

Thought it was a great product. Had similar airfryer but different model that was outstanding. This model basket will not stay engaged after it gets hot. Very dangerous when removing.

I bought this air fryer in June 2020 it's now March 2021, now it's not working. It was then stopped and displayed a E1 error code. Prior to, this was my favorite appliance.

We have been using this fryer for a few weeks now and I must say that we are in love with it. My only wish was that is was bigger! The pan to hold the food is about 10 inches across and 5 inches deep. We have been able to cook about 10 chicken wings at a time, but we have only covered the bottom of the pan and have not layered them in there...not sure if it will cook that way or not. But after they are cooked, they are very good. This thing has lots of power and cooks very thoroughly. Clean up is easy and the non-stick trays work pretty well. They seem like they might scratch if you use an abrasive sponge. My only gripe is the cooking tray handle is a bit flimsy and bends pretty easily. Other than that, it's a great way to cut down on the amount of oil in your food.

Poorly manufactured, and tends to give off a plastic smell at temperatures over 390F. It's nice having a digital timer, but I would recommend a better model or brand.

Bought on sale. Seemed like a good deal but handle came off the second time I used it. It worked fine but quality was pretty bad if handle came off that easily

Only used it twice so far. I tried frozen butterfly shrimp first, turned them white. Tried frozen burritos, same thing.

has less than 1 month that I bought that air fryer, and the teflon from the basket is already peeling, very bad, and I was cleaning very carefully, I do not recommend very bad the material

I bought this in Nov 2019 and the 2nd week of Jan 2020, the drawer would not close, you had to jam it in and it would cut off in the middle of cooking
