Air Fryer did not have any instructions or a User Manual (as stated on the box). I read where several customers had the same problem. I have reached out to the manufacturer and Best Buy. No results from either. Air Fryer cannot be used. Waste of money.

Mine worked.ok for.about a month and then it start to turn off by itself. In order to cook 400f 5 min, it got turned off 3x. And sometimes the buttons don't even budge no matter how many time I press it. Sometimes it has ---- no number nor temp showing. I definitely would NOT buy emrald.again. also, customer service email don't work.

Not what I expected. Slow cooking and makes food dry. I was misguided by TV commercials where food comes out crisp and fast. Not a good buy

No instructions in the box no contact info for the company. Nothing. I had to return it. Huge disappointment. Best buy couldn't even find contact info or where I could get an instruction manual or anything

When I realized that storage was going to be a problem, I returned this to Best Buy - it was to big for any cabinet or my pantry.

Much too big for the average kitchen. I never even tried to use it as I had nowhere to store it.

Poor quality! Rusting frying tray. Uneven heat distribution

Straight trash. This company has no phone number to call. No email or any recourse to the transaction. Best Buy was useless. Only Owens for 1 month and used once. I’m stuck with a paper weight. No longer buying from Best Buy. They don’t give a crap. My money is going to target for now on. At least they help.

Do not buy, only lasted a year and barely used, won’t turn on at all

This is the worst air fryer I've owned. 15min and the results are soggy fries and chicken tenders. Wendy's soggy. The fan runs at about 1/4 the speed that it should, the removable basket is so loose that it takes two hands to slide it into the fryer. Maybe I got a bad one... Your mileage may vary.

Haven't used yet but appears to be nice and is a good size for more then 2 people .

I purchased this as a gift. The recipient got two. I am surprised and dismayed that Best Buy has a two week return policy. I would think 30 days would be minimum. Most places have a 90 day return for the holidays. I cannot use the fryer so it sits in the box, unopened.

I love it in the beginning, but after 6 months of use. It rusted, so I can not use it anymore

Not liking this product. its not working as expected. Taking more time than expected. I want to return the product but best buy has very small return window and I missed it with just 10 days. Best Buy please help me to return this product.

The unit itself works well, the issue is the "tab" that releases the cooking area from the heating unit. The tab broke almost immediately.

Worked great for two months. I used maybe once a week so around 8 uses before it just wouldn't turn on anymore. Black screen and no fix in the troubleshoot manual. Hopefully the vendor will stand by their 6 month warranty. Still awaiting a response.

Made with poor quality. Will stick to Insignia brands in future.

After 2 months the product's protective coating started to peel off. I tried to contact the manufacture but impossible. I contacted Best Buy and they were no help either. Stay away from this product and this company.

After few months, the fryer died! according to the technician, the electronic plaque is fried! Do not Buy! From the begining, the bottom to close broke and always fall. Lot of issues. again Do not buy!
