Faulty from the start

When I returned it the worker at the counter said they have a lot of problems with Emerald brand.

Broke within a month

I’m going to try and contact customer service but they had “tech” issues last night.

Absolutely love this thing

First time we used it- any doubts were gone, this thing is amazing! We cooked pork chops in it and they were moist and tasted just like they were actually fried. It doesn't heat up the kitchen like a normal stove would, its quiet, and its extremely easy to use and clean. The next night we cooked flounder, french fries, and shrimp. All turned out wonderful. We highly recommend this unit and will be buying more for family members for gifts. Wish I would have known sooner how great these work and I would have ordered one years ago.

It took 30 mins to cook some yams, which can be done in the microwave in much less time and are more moist. We don't use it for french fries though.
