A poor design. Loud and not particularly effective. I gave it to the Goodwill and got a different one

Hard to say for sure I only made some hash browns they were the little cube ones in a frozen bag and they took almost an hour and it just dried them out and slightly Browned them . I will know better the next time if it's any good or not so far I have strong doubts. It looks good you can hear the fan running you know that he is going and I even let it run to get the smell out of it for a while before I cooked so maybe I can do an update later.

It’s nice but not powerful. I’m really used to Ninja airfryers but this is definitely my first choice as a backup.

digital display does not work as easily as other air fryers I have owned. It cooks good, I don't care for the settings.

Works well it’s just way to big. It takes up so much room. Worth the price for only $40 if you have extra kitchen storage for it.

Air fryer worked great until the bottom cracked. Gonna exchange it and hope for better luck on the next one

The handle will not latch anymore, it is a year old.

I wish it had a on and off switch. I would chose a different brand nex.

I bought this Item but it was defective had to return it.

Was bought as a Christmas present will update once used.

My air fryer worked beautifully for the first 3-4 months. Then slowly fell apart. Now completely died after 8 months (2-4 uses per month), Not a sturdy item to buy. Definitely don't recommend.

Item worked great initially. Then at about 10 meals later the heating element stopped working. We attempted to contact Emerald customer service and they told us that they believe some “shiesty” company sold the fryers in bestbuy and that they have nothing to do with this particular fryer. Luckily Bestbuy let me return the item for store credit even though I was a couple days outside the return date. Long story short, I highly suggest you don’t buy this item.

Very thin and cheaply made plastic air fryer. The air fryer wouldn’t stay still on my counter. The feet kept slipping and the air fryer kept moving around. The touchscreen buttons were so hard to touch. The air fryer would move around every time I tried to use the touchscreen due to the force needed to push it. Impossible to turn the air fryer off. Very confusing to set or change the time. Horrible!

Stopped working after 7 months (it's not like we use it every day). Manufactory warranty is for 6th months. SOL

First off, the handle came broken (two screws missing). Second, the buttons to select a different food category don't work. I had to put sweet potatoes in three times in a row because they were not cooking properly. This air fryer is horrible, definitely not worth the money.

Stopped working after 1st use. Cooked 1/2 bag of fries to perfection and then quit working.

Item worked well the first time I used it, I was very pleased. Until the second time I tried using it. The fan would work but the unit wouldn't heat up. Had to return and find a different option

It’s a little difficult using the product. However I’m sure I will get the hang of it in due time

This product broke within 1 month of buying. I would not recommend purchasing. Gave an error code E01 which appears to be an electrical issue. Manufacturer may no longer be in business because they have not responded to any phone calls or e-mails. I went back to Best Buy and bought a Ninja Air Fryer and it is working out really well.

Cheap and broke the first time I used it. The drawer will not close for what ever reason
