Now I know why they only have a one year warranty. I bought my in April of 2019; it fried itself today. Time to find another brand.

This product isn’t good at all. It doesn’t air fry, the food comes out soggy and takes forever to cook. What a waste of money.

Doesn't last longer than 1 year. I purchased this Air Fryer in 2019 and loved it at first. But it completely stopped working after almost exactly 1 year. I thought maybe a fluke so I purchased another one and almost 1 year later it stopped working! I'm not sure what's wrong but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're planning on using it more than a year.

Wont cook right you have to keep adding more minutes too much time waiting on cooked food

Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy this. Straight out of the box I was excited and impressed with the look. However, upon the first use it quit working just a few minutes in. The only thing it’ll do now is come on and the display an error message upon warming up. Unfortunately, I didn’t bother opening or using the air frier until it was too late to return it.

Not made the same as other airfryers..the lid flips up instead of just pulling the basket out

I purchased this in April and only use ut about two times a month. It just stopped working. It turned on, I set the time and temp, and it started. It ran for under a minute and turned off completely. The outlet is fine. Tried it in another outlet, and it doesn't respond. Really disappointed with the quality.

This airfyer break in 3 month after i buy it .. I trying to find this company phone number or email for costumer service best buy try with out success.. don’t invest you money in this item.

Low quality, leaks steam out, the rotating arms stuck often

It worked well for 5 months... I like the air fried foods.

Have only used a handful of times, and today, a little less then 2 months from purchasing, It blow up, nice. Out the money and Very unhappy.

Disappointed that the air fryer literally stopped working before it was even a year. I was only frying vegetables with it too. Loved the convenience of an air fryer but the product is pure garbage

Broke after a month. Tried to look up information for support but couldn't find any. Tried calling best buy but kept going in circles with the automated phone system. Gave up and just threw it out.

The paddle inside that's supposed to turn the food doesn't work for wings and it smashed my fries. I got great results the first time I used it but I got an error message when I went to use it again so I returned it for a refund.

Purchased this air fryer in November, received it in December. It was great at first but after only using my air fryer approximately 10 times over a course of 6 months, the air fryer randomly died and will not turn back on.

Got a great deal for this air fryer but it wouldn't work after we used it one time. Seemed to work well but was never able to turn back on after one use. Had to return and purchase something else.

It’s doesn’t work any more and I bough this product 4 months ago.

I have had it for less than a year and it is dead. Very light use. Maybe 20 times total. Can’t find any website to see about a warranty or any help on it.

I would not recommend this item. First time I used it turned it on to cook a chicken breast, next thing I know, I was smelling plastic burning.
