Please be aware that any photos or videos stored on iCloud are not accessible from our app, and thus cannot be transferred to the iCobra. This is due to security restrictions that Apple has in place. If you are not using iCloud or Photo Stream, please contact our tech support department through our website for further assistance with this issue.

Didn't do the job I was looking for.

It was supposed to be an easy thing to do but it wasn't. Transferring photos was tedious and frustrating. Will be returning this item and wii have to rely on iCloud for backup storage of my files.

Not easy to use

I'd hoped to use it to back up my iPhone and I can only get it to save limited files. The instructions included aren't clear and the required software required to download on the iPhone takes a lot of space. Although I asked before purchasing, Customer service had no experience with it. It's probably fine for a more tech savvy person.

Save Your Money

It worked for the first week then it started to flash & reset. After a few attempts it works then goes back to non functional. It's more frustrating than helpful. Save your money.

From the information you've given it appears as though your iCobra is likely defective. If you are still able to return it to the store I would do so. If you are no longer able to return it, please visit our website and contact tech support for a replacement.

I wish the packaging had said this or else I would have given it a higher score
