It is a good story with a good cast. Sci Fi is may favorite genre and this is a good one.

very good movie I have not watched the extras yet, But this move is a couple time watch.

Great special effects, but the ending was way too touchy feelie...just when you should feel good about protecting the earth from aliens that attacked and killed millions we have remorse...and the hero taking a survivor of the alien race to another planet to survive...will be a great sequel when they return and wipe out the earth...

This is going to be a great series and I can't wait for the next one. I'm just hoping it'll be out sooner rather than later.

It was very close to the book, but a bit more kid-focused than it could have been.

I enjoy the futuristic aspects of the movie. The editing is great and soundtrack of the film really draws you into the plot.
