Good at the start

Hard to say

I called and they couldn't do anything about it at that time and just gave me case number. Support said they would call me back but that hasn't happened. Now I see the order is cancelled which isn't the biggest deal but I used some reward certificates and I think they are now gone.

Ruined after first use

I barely was able to use it once! During my first use of it the battery caved in and completely moved the usb-c charger port part out of its casing and making it inaccessible.

Not what I hoped

The magnet is ok but the material it’s on is cheap and caves into the battery if pressed on too hard. The same piece would sometimes separate and expose the battery. Unit was returned as defective.

The phone can't be changed and make the phone hot.
