    It was pretty great at the start but it started failing the magent is not working and it says 32 hours but really it’s 8 hours

    This is hard to review. I ordered it and a month later still haven't seen it. I called and they couldn't do anything about it at that time and just gave me case number. Support said they would call me back but that hasn't happened. Now I see the order is cancelled which isn't the biggest deal but I used some reward certificates and I think they are now gone.

    I bought this product to take on vacation and charge my phone while away from an outlet. I barely was able to use it once! During my first use of it the battery caved in and completely moved the usb-c charger port part out of its casing and making it inaccessible.

    Very bad quality and charging on iPhone 17 pro max is only on slow and not even worth the extra bulk with it not being quick. The magnet is ok but the material it’s on is cheap and caves into the battery if pressed on too hard. The same piece would sometimes separate and expose the battery. Unit was returned as defective.

    The phone can't be changed and make the phone hot.

    This battery can't really change my iPhone. When using it, the device can cause both the battery and the iPhone to become excessively hot. The phone can't be changed by the battery for several hours.

    Complete piece of garbage - stay away! Bought this in November, broken barely a month later. MagSafe magnet is good, wish the electronics for the charger weren’t such a piece of trash.
