The backup battery seemed like a good deal at $15 for 10,000 mah and magsafe wireless charging. Even with it being Energizer brand, the quality of it was pretty cheap looking and feeling. The charging seemed to work just fine at first, used it maybe twice with one of the times being wireless with a magsafe case. It was really slow but seemed to work at least. Next time I went to charge wireless, the battery wasn't charging my phone. The casing of the battery backup pulled apart, as you can see in the pictures, when I took it off of my phone case. It felt hot and had a bit of a smokey smell but no visible smoke or anything like that. I wasn't about to go plugging my phone into the USB-C port to see if that still worked. Returned it and got a refund from Best Buy minus a $5 Reward that I redeemed. I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and a UAG case with magsafe built into the case so not a cheap case with magnets put on it or anything like that. Would not recommend this product and wonder if the Energizer backup batteries without wireless charging are better or not.

Battery life could be better. Not exactly as advertised but does what it’s supposed to - charge. The MagSafe doesn’t have a strong hold or line up properly.

This charger does exactly what it's advertised to do.Nothing fancy or revolutionary about it.I was looking for a charger at a budget price.And this fit my need.

Its fast charging just buttons broke after 3 days of using it

Worked well for about two weeks and then stopped charging properly and had to constantly move it around the back of my phone to charge. Quality of the side that slaps onto the back of your phone is thin, fragile, and will bend inwards if pressure is applied.

Battery was expanded right out of the box, not once but even the replacement that Best Buy tried to replace it with had an inflated battery. Do not buy!

The battery capacity appears to be under 10,000mAh, as it was able to fully charge a 5,000mAh phone but ran out before completing the charge of another 3,000mAh phone.

This baby was on sale for like half price, and then I used some BestBuy Rewards and got it for like $10. It powers right thru my OtterBox Defender Pro case on my iPhone 17ProMax and charges quickly!! I like how you can throw it into your pocket and charge while you carry without wires being attached (see photos). So nice and convenient, I may buy two!!

Nice compact unit for recharging. To use the magnetic feature you must have a cell phone case with the magnetic ring. You can also use this charger with a cord and it operates just like any other charger. Charges a phone fairly fast--not sure how much time it took, but it would probably depend on your particular phone. After charging my phone it had plenty of charge left for another device. I like the size- would easily fit in a pocket and is slim.

Works very well and charges fast, especially with the 20W wired charging ⚡. The magnetic wireless charging is convenient and holds securely to my phone. I like the slim metal design and the LED display showing battery percentage. Easy to carry and reliable for daily use. Would recommend.

Charger is excellent. Fast charging with a cable, and it's not too bulky to fit in your pocket. My phone has been on 30%, and even while watching YouTube, my phone charged quickly in about an hour. I would charge the power bank every day so that it's always ready. One day I forgot to charge it and I got two full charges from the bank.

compact and easy to carry on.Dual connectivity with cable or wireless but magnet not super strong. Good capacity and avergae charging speed. It does overheat a bit but no issues so far

These power banks charge up fast and hold a charge for a descent amount of time, perfect for days where you are no where near a power source and need to keep your phone charges or if the power goes out. Love the small size, not super bulky, easy to carry in your pocket.

Bought as a gift. They tell me they like its sleek, compact size and long lasting battery. They also says it provides very fast charging.

It does charge fast - have not used it "on the road" yet. However, the magnetic charging capability (the 2nd "output") requires a special case and it appears that only applies to iPhones and not clear in the product description. It's lightweight so I will keep it for emergency use if I need to charge my phone without electricity being available. I purchased at a deep discount otherwise would probably not.
