Use for Alro cameras

Misled and Unnecessary efforts

I purchased an Arlo security camera system that I wanted to immediately install before leaving town on vacation. At checkout I was told that I needed to purchase batteries ... Except I needed to go to another Best Buy to purchase. I went to the second store and it had none. I was referred to another nearby 3rd party vendor ....all of which proved eventually wrong, inaccurate and unnecessary. I later comtacted Best Buy about the ordeal. Best Buy's response: "sorry".

Very expensive battery

Old & Depleted

We get these from Best Buy regularly and this is not the norm.

NOT DOING PICKUPS AGAIN AT Bestbuy EVER

The staff at Pinole ca was rude and unprofessional. He went on and on about how difficult it was to find me when I was literally in front of the store. I was waiting there smiling at him while he was spitting his brains out at me without giving me the batteries. NOT GOING BACK EVER.
